easter holidays

many lazy days in the spring sun lately in paliomylos… thus the delay in the post

having said that the last month we ve had much more rain than march, something both refreshing for the plants and helping in a further relaxation for the people.

garden is at the spotlight this period, preparing the summer beds, chopping and dropping the crazy vegetation for mulching, transplanting peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, melons, watermelons, aubergines, okra, zuccini, planting sunflowers, corn, beans and squashes and installing the drip irrigation, a task rather complicated in a non conventional to say the least garden.

we planted more potatoes doing the splits…

but a month later they re already growing wild, so it was worth it

we picked a few more mushrooms that they now grow everywhere !

the sour dough kept on growing in the post Pako era and in the kitchen we also started with the pickles and also the picking of fruits and herbs
